PIPELINES · CHIPLET → YIELD
Design to yield, in one call
Give the platform a chiplet layout and it returns an impedance answer, an isolation answer and a yield answer together, with the disagreement between solvers stated rather than smoothed.
One request chains the glass-TGV impedance solve, the isolation fences between chiplets and the bondability yield map.
Every output carries where it came from: the solver, the dataset it was calibrated on, and whether the geometry sits inside the validated range.
Where two solvers disagree, the disagreement is reported as part of the answer instead of being averaged away.
Start from a preset package or paste a layout of your own.

Check it before you trust it
Every result this platform claims is quoted from its receipt in one place, with the command that reproduces it. Nothing on this page needs an account to read.
